Yes, all of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, and other harmful ingredients. We believe in using only the best, most natural ingredients in our products.

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders in the United States arrive within 3-5 business days.

With Pudge’s Beauty products, a little goes a long way. With regular, daily use products

are usually gone within 30-60 days. Unopened products that are properly stored, away

from light and heat can have a shelf life of 12-18 months. Once a product is opened, if

it is stored as stated above it can have a shelf life of 6-12 months. Products are created

in small batches to help ensure sustainability. The date each batch was created is noted

on the bottom of each bottle/container.

Your satisfaction with Pudge’s Beauty products is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a product or it arrives damaged, please contact us at pudgesbeauty@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery and we will make things right.

The product must be gently used, and at least 90% of the product remains in the jar/bottle with proof of purchase, in order to qualify for a return.

• We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns that, in our sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. There can be no refunds or exchanges for any items without proof of purchase. We are not responsible for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Pudge’s Beauty, LLC. Any shipping costs are non-refundable, (this includes orders that received “free shipping”).
• We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipment shown as “delivered” in the tracking. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address at purchase, the cost for reshipment is the recipient’s responsibility.
• Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, including pictures of damages in order to be eligible for a refund/replacement.
